Once your organization has decided to support the Mac platform, your technical staff will need to explore operating system, application, and data deployment methodologies. In OSI's custom one-day "Mac Deployment: Best Practices and Automation" workshop, your team will gain hands-on experience building and deploying images custom to your environment, learn industry best practices, and get Macs in the hands of end-users as quickly as possible. At the end of the workshop, attendees will have created a custom image that can be deployed to a brand-new Mac within 5-15 minutes of opening the box.

Prerequisites: Attendees should have at least one year of Mac support experience, including familiarity with the command line and basic networking fundamentals.

Macs on your Network: Clients, Servers, and Active Directory $ 495 CAD

In OSI's custom one-day "Macs on your Network: Clients, Servers, and Active Directory" workshop, your team will gain hands-on experience setting up custom Mac network services, using Active Directory for client authentication and management, backing up your Macs, and managing Mac and iOS devices over-the-air with no per-device cost. At the end of the workshop, attendees will be ready to configure Mac-focused services in an enterprise network.

Prerequisites: Attendees should have at least one year of Mac support experience, including familiarity with the command line and basic networking fundamentals.
